Returns & Refunds

Product returns are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase providing that the product has not been mistreated. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Shipping/Delivery

Orders are shipped daily and most orders arrive between 2 – 4 days for cities and 5 –7 days for country locations & 7– 10 days for WA and remote Australia from order receipt. COVID restrictions may impact delivery times.

During peak promotional periods i.e Black Friday and Christmas please expect further delays. 

Manufacturing Terms 

At Microfibre World, we strive for 100% accuracy in our product dimensions; however, due to the nature of large-scale manufacturing, a 1-3% variance in cloth and towel sizes may occur. This is a standard industry practice, as slight variations can result from factors such as cutting, stitching, and fabric shrinkage during production. While we maintain strict quality control measures to ensure consistency, minor differences in dimensions do not affect the functionality or performance of our products. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to high-quality microfibre essentials.

Signature or Authority to Leave

In accordance with our couriers delivery Terms & Conditions, Microfibre World is only responsible  for the customer's shipment only while it is within Couriers custody and control of the courier. Microfibre World shall not be liable for loss or damage of a shipment after it has been delivered to the address.

If you have not selected signature on arrival your parcel will be declared as authority to leave and the parcel will be left in a safe place. Unless otherwise instructed. If you wish to obtain a signature on arrival, please select that option during making your online order. This will ensure you only receive your delivery when someone is home or the parcel can be signed for upon drop off.
